Based in the village of Letham in Angus Mitchells have produced quality chicken products for more than 100 years. Trade techniques and skills have been passed down through four generations of family ownership and today the firm remains in the ownership of brothers Joe, Steve and Mike Mitchell. Our chickens are reared on Scottish farms and processed in our state of the art, 100 000 ft EC approved processing facility.
